It is presently housed in the Respiratory Medicine OPD for patient safety considerations. Under the auspices of the National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) the Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC) services were started from July 2011. It is effectively linked with the RNTCP, PPTCT (antenatal care) and STI clinic as per national guidelines, handling 1200 samples annually.
